It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

All items shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to customs taxes by the country of destination, each country has it's own tax fees when receiving items from another country. Our prices DO NOT INCLUDE customs taxes, you will have to pay your postal officer any owed customs taxes before they release the merchandise to you.
GIOGRAFIK’s return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your request for refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the refund is approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE / MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email email@example.com with a photo of the item.

How do you get my consent?

Our store is hosted by Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored in Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
